Conifur Northwest is September 26-28, at the Tacoma Convention Center, in Tacoma, Washington. This year’s guests are “Grrrwolf,” artist extraordinarie, and Chuck Melville, artist, author, and editor.

Conifur Northwest will return to the Sheraton Hotel and Convention Center in Tacoma, Washington, September 26 through 28, 2003. We are very pleased to announce that Brent "Grrrwolf" Spotswood and Chuck Melville will be our Guests of Honor.

In a fun, new twist with the media circus, this prick bribed staff at the Sheraton Tacoma to get some material to hurt Conifur's cred. Hopefully, CFNW's staff will get this resolved with the hotel.

The "ConFurence 11: Furries in Asia" Souvenir Video is currently being mastered to both DVD and VHS tape, and we might have a few available in time for Conifur Northwest.

Many thanks go to David Bliss for editing together video from several sources, including his own footage, and for artfully replacing copyright-protected music with suitable royalty-free music tracks. The video flows very well, and covers many aspects of the convention... I'm pretty happy with it.

DVD's of the 2-hour program will cost $19 each, and VHS Tapes will be $15 each.

Preregistrations for Conifur Northwest must be postmarked by September 20th, about a week and a half from now. It's still just $30 to preregister as opposed to $40 at the door, and it's not too late to sponsor, either! Check out out nifty sponsor benefits.

Then we lost the hotel and had to find a new home. Now we are at the Sheraton Tacoma.

We have 64 tables in the new space.

They are very nearly SOLD OUT.

What does this mean for you? It means we have only a couple of tables left and those may be going fast. Now is the time to check out our updated Dealer's Room Map. Please be patient while the entire graphic loads. It is a large map, but then again, it's a large room we are in this year. All the confirmed dealers have been placed as best we are able to do accounting for their requests.

Hello Everyone. My name is Brian "Axelroo" Chris Baker, head of this year's ConifurNW 2K2 Masquerade. The time is ticking down and we need a head count of those who will be participating in this years event. We got a two dressing rooms and a beautiful backstage to practice on way out of sight from public oncomers. You can be sure, this is going to be a good year for ConifurNW.

If you are on the bubble deciding if you can afford to go to this year's ConiFur NorthWest, now is the perfect time to check out the current competitive pricing plans that the various airlines are offering. Upon getting reports of very low rates from some of our membership, I've been doing research online and found that round trip tickets are indeed dropping quite a bit. Most coast to coast round trip tickets are at $300 or less! Now you can fly for as low as $236 through American Airlines for example. Fares up and down the west coast average $180 or less. Many others are matching this fare or offering better deals.

Try Orbitz and Travelocity for low fares.
