CNN.COM has an article running about the newly-released graphic novel by Kim Deitch titled "The Boulevard of Broken Dreams." Within the book is a story that seems to have overtones of "Harvey" -- one of the characters is a cartoon cat who acts as the voice of another character's ego -- but offers a history of the animation industry with something of a personal touch.
