I'll do my part, but it's up to you guys, too. If we want a community news site, the community has to be willing to get behind it. I can't write every story, let alone every comment!

Good, frequently updated content. :)
It just looks a bit bland. I think a different banner with an image or something would help a lot.

We do have room for a banner but I am uncertain what to put there, or whether it should extend to behind the logo (I initially picked out a carrot image, but that doesn't look so good by itself). I could also see using that space for news features.
