LOS ANGELES -- Bruce Willis and Wanda Sykes both had problems tapping into their inner woodland creatures for the film "Over the Hedge" until they decided to make their furry characters more human.

Dreamworks Animation presents their summer 2006 entry for animated movie. Over the Hedge which is based on the comic of the same name. The trailer is up and it looks great !

The trailer will also be attached to "Curse of the Were-Rabbit" which also have a new short staring the pengiuns from "Madagascar"

Michael Fry, co-creator of the Over the Hedge comic strip, told the Comics2Film website that DreamWorks honcho Jeffrey Katzenberg has picked up the strip's concept for development as a computer-animated feature film. Pacific Data Images (Antz) would reportedly develop the film. Hedge centers on a talking raccoon and turtle who live near suburbia.
