The time is nearly upon us :D Less than a month to go! So I thought might be nice to have a thread for it :)

Who's going? What are you looking forwards to most? Is this your first time or are you a regular? For those who have gone before, what did you like best?

This will be my first con so im pretty excited for it :) Would love to meet some new people so if anyone wants to meet up while there just say :) (Also if anyone is up for having a room share send me a message :). I've opted for a twin room and normal stay)

Hey everyone! I am new to the fandom and loving every second of it! From the RP (clean, no yiffing), to really coming into my own with my fursona. The only problem I am having is getting my fursona image down on paper! I have an idea in my head but am not an artist myself. Can anyone recommend an amazing artist that is willing to work with their client and that has alot of patience? I feel like I almost need one of those RCMP sketch artists! lol I have put alot of though into my character, from her name, to her colors to her back story. Now I just need her to come to life on paper! Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

This is a really deep and pressing issue I'm dealing with. I honestly don't even know if I can deal with it well enough though, because for the first time in my life, I'm questioning who I am to my very core.

I need to tell you all something, and it's not easy to say. Normally it would be, but because of all the bad press over this, one can become an outcast by admitting this.

Guys, I know that not alot of people hate them, and that they have a very bad reputation, even on Reddit, but guys....

...I think I might be a furry.

Hey, I am curious whether this is normal;

I'm way past the doubt stages of the hater->sympathiser->furry transformation, but for a few days I've had some anthro characters in my dreams (I'm not a furvert so don't worry about descriptions)...
And then last night I remember being my fursona for pretty much ALL of my dreaming.
They weren't controllable dreams, but I remember how clear they were.

So basically, I'm wondering and asking you all - Is this my head just sorting things out as a one-off, or is this an actual thing to be expected?

Some Skype guys said it is an actual thing and it's basically the final stages of becoming [edit: changing into a furry, the person who said that didn't really say it was a set-in-stone thing you must go through to be a fur], most of you haven't had the dreams which supports my initial idea that it's just my head working, and some people have varying side ideas.

Seriously, I'm 30 and just got around to watching this film as a personal homework assignment, also Disney's LAST 2D animated film (aside from Princess and the Frog), and it is absolutely drop dead gorgeous. Also, I found myself liking Doppler's (dog creature) character more than anyone's in the film, aside from the anti-hero Silver. For all the furry fans in this subreddit, I don't see enough said about this film. I'm not arguing that it was a perfect movie ($140 million budget, $40 million profit....aka a box office bomb). However, the character designs were very strong, and some of the animations drawn and expressed I've never seen in an animated film, including Pixar. There's a lot of charm in this film.

Anyone seen this film? Thoughts on it? What about the characters?
