On Being A Girl...
First, apologies for not tagging this properly, I'm on mobile and tagging this as a discussion is a bit tricky, if not impossible. I think.
Hi dudes,
How common is it for a male human to exhibit a female(ish) furry side of things? I myself identify as a moderately hetero man in the real world, but damn if I don't love to be a female(ish) skunk on F-list. Is this strange by the standards of the fandom, or is this par for the course?
If it is normal, then fellas, report in if you're comfortable doing so.
Edit, after hours: Thanks guys, good talk! Nice to know how normal being weird is!

Meet Sirrah! My hockey playing fennec fox
Review: ‘All Alone in the Night’, by M. Andrew Rudder
I thought wrong.
So, a guy at my work was drawing on a few pieces of paper across from me. From where I was, I thought he was drawing pictures of foxes and/or other things furry. I asked to see them and I was wrong. He was drawing pictures of robots and a few other things that I can't remember. Ah well.

Anyone read Anne Rice's The Wolf Gift?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wolf_Gift
The story has an interesting premise, but I'm not an avid fiction reader. Basically: Guy gets bitten and tries to decide whether being a werewolf is good or bad.
Entertainment Weekly gave the book a letter grade of B minus, marking the most memorable scenes as those where the protagonist practiced and discovered his werewolf powers. This exploration was compared to that of Spider-Man. However, the reviewer stated it was unlikely for the book to be seen in the cinema, due to slow action.[7]
Gregory Cowles, writing for The New York Times said, " [Anne Rice] once again mixes vaguely philosophical inquiries about good and evil with standard horror trappings. He furthered his review with an excerpt: "His fingers, or were they claws, touched his teeth and they were fangs! He could feel them descending, feel his mouth lengthening!...His voice was guttural, roughened....His hands were thickly covered with hair!" Cowles then compared the lycanthropic transformation to puberty. Cowles supported his comparison with a quote from Rice's Amazon.com review of the film The Company of Wolves'[8]':
