Well I am still struggling with what color scheme I should use. I already have a favorite in mind but I wanted to share this with all of you out there. Tell me what you think, take a vote whatever. I have found a new love for this and after I finish my reference sheet I am probably going to start taking requests for the fun of it.

So, to be honest, I was one of those weird lurkers (back way in 2008) where I thought furries were weird people. Like, no background stuff to it, I just thought they were weird. And, this year, of 2013, I went to this convention. And, I have recently started to like the fursuits because they're so gorgeous and they're all unique, and all that stuff. But, at this con (Saboten-Con, I think), I saw a small group of fursuiters. One broke the magic though - and it was a member from Skypro Fursuits. Inside I didn't recognize who she was until after when I started getting into FA and all that jazz. BUT. I met this guy there - Chester. Or Neru, who's a really cute black and blue wolf with one blue and one red eyes. And he was pretty cool. I was very quiet though, and I had my friend with me and she was chatting it up with him as I was kind of sitting around and enjoying the company of the Anime cosplayers. But, we talked for a while, and we went outside and... over to the side, there was this little kid, in a spiderman costume, he was probably like.. 4, or 5. And he was crying his little eyes out, and his mother wasn't doing much about it. And me and my friend said, "you should go over there and cheer him up!" So, Neru, put on her head and her paws, and she had the legs on and stuff - it was like.. a fullsuit partial, and she crouched down and hopped over behind a chair and was playing peekaboo with the little kid - and he instantly stopped crying and he was laughing and enjoying Neru's company. Right there, I knew that I wanted to fursuit. And crash right into this fandom. I wanted to do just that. Make people smile, or brighten someone's day. It was so precious, and it made me so happy. So, now, I have my fursona, and I'm working on a fursuit, I have tons of characters, I sell commissions, I made a TON of new friends. I have had those stupid dramatic things already, but it's whatever now, because I'm happy, and I've met all these nice people.. everyone is so sweet and helpful and snuggley. It's just.. awesome. And I can't wait to fursuit to bring smiles to peoples faces. I honestly think that's what fursuiting is about. Making people happy. :3

I've been a furry for well, forever. Except for one friend I've never really met another fur in person. I see a lot of people on FA have relationships and numerous friends in the fandom. Where do people meet up? Are there decent dating sites, events other than cons?

I recently made a post here last month or earlier this month about making yarn tails, and mama needs some extra cash took the plunge and created an etsy shop to start selling! I chose this time, days before Christmas, because more than likely people will get money for the holidays to spend. :P

Anywho; what I request help with is what would you like to see? I want my shop and my yarn tails to be something you guys would like to see and buy from.

• Give me non-copyrighted ideas of what to make!

• What annoys you when you're buying furry stuff?

• Over-all comments on what to do and not to do?

I'm very excited, and I'm sure I want to start selling tails.

I just need some help with how to make potential buyers happy, and how to get their attention.

EDIT: I guess I should share that I don't have any other pictures of tails because I gave them away before I could get a decent picture of them. :P I'm hoping to sell tails to get a portfolio going.

EDIT2: Visit my etsy shop and tell me what to improve on :P

We've all seen it. In fact, I see it all the time. People's fursonas wearing them. Fursuiters wearing them. People at furry cons wearing them. Why? They're not socially acceptable anywhere else, aside from maybe on the beach, but I see them all the time in this community. Is there a specific reason why?
