Hi! Thank you for reading The Dawn Chapel, I’m pretty excited that you’d want to! I started doing this comic in the fall of 2009, with the objective of just doing a comic page a week to try to teach myself how to tell stories visually and see if I could keep a regular update schedule.

I went to Anthrocon last year and absolutely loved it. So now I would like to get a fursuit of my own. However, I have no friends with experience in this so I turn to you reddit.

Dear reddit, What are some problems you face? Is heat a super big problem? Do you ever use your suit for things other then cons? Who would you suggest I purchase mine through? Any tall folks, is it harder to get a suit if you're abnormally tall? Thanks folks!

I'm kind of irritated, as I know there were at least a couple of people who'd mentioned they would like to back it who haven't yet, so I was counting on the last call announcement to remind them, and now I have no way to reach them in time. But I guess that's life! It's not as though the project hasn't funded already.

I figured a few of my FA watchers might also be here, so it wouldn't hurt to post in hopes of catching one or two of those folks.
