What makes *you* Popufur?
This is more meant as a joke, but I'm curious.
What I mean is, what is your claim to fame, so to speak, within the fandom?
For example: Both Uncle Kage and 2 the Ranting Gryphon have acknowledged my existence AND my content has been stolen and reposted to iFunny.

To those whose fursonae are warriors, soldiers, fighters, etc., what cause is your sona fighting for?
Who doesn't love a good hotdog? [NemesisIlit]
Would short, stabbing melee weapons be obsolete in a furry universe?
Would knives and the like be unnecessary in a furry universe due to claws, teeth, and tusks?

The transportation is moronic today, and I will not have access to a good computer. Sorry about this.

College furs meet-up at MFF
What's up r/furry! A few of our HokieFurs members from Virginia Tech will be attending Midwest Fur Fest this year and we were hoping to organize some sort of meet-up of furs from other colleges across the country. This would just be an informal social gathering sometime during the convention. Send me a message if any of you college furs plan on attending MFF and if you are interested in meeting up! Go Hokies!

Musings: On the Generations
It has just occurred to me that there are people born after 2001 here. Last time I checked, folks born after 2001 were around 6 years old and didn't know how to use the internet. What happened?
There was a time when I was the inexperienced youngin' who went around making absurd comments and acting cringeworthy. Now that I'm older, I observe and realize that the torch has been handed down and there are plenty more using the internet in their youths.
And the more I ponder this and consider the years, the more surreal it becomes. In ten or so years, just about everyone who is enjoying this now will be a parent, and the ones who are parents now will get to show the internet to their children. I think it'll be weird having someone in your direct bloodline using your favorite website. What if they used r/furry?
Or perhaps years from now, when we're old-farts with a secret vault of disturbing porn beneath our houses, and our children and their children use the internet, could we call the digital world a much more crowded place? It's a strange thought to suddenly think of the internet as something inherited in a way, like the family car. Imagine how hard it'll be to find an original username then? Perhaps they'll remedy that soon.
Anyways, those are my musings. I'm going to get breakfast now.
