World Tree RPG Launch at Further Confusion

Your rating: None Average: 5 (1 vote)

The second furry role playing game has just come off the presses, and I hear will be launched at Further Confusion this month: World Tree. I've been playtesting this one (and did some illustrations for it), and it's really fascinating . . . an intricate setting with a logical magical system that actually has repercussions on daily life. An updated website should be ready for FC weekend, so be sure to check back then for order information and a glimpse at Mike Raabe's spectacular cover art.

Update: Ooh, mea culpa. I should have known that World Tree is not the first or even the second of the furry RPGs, since I used to own a copy of the Albedo game. Call it the latest in a short line of furry RPGs instead . . . and read my interview with the game's creators in the Sections menu, if you haven't already found it.

If this is the second furry RPG, what's the first? I know of two being published in the last couple years, Furry Pirates and Ironclaw (My personal favorite) as well as older ones, like Albedo, Gamma World, Bunnies & Burrows, etc. :o)

Checked out the World Tree site, though, and it looks like a real interesting setting. I'm definitely going to look into it more. Choices are always good. :o)

Just wanted to thow in a comment. I have been playing World Tree for about 4 years with Bard and Vicki (Yes I am a long time play tester) I have had long running characters in about half the races and and I still look forward to our weekly game. So, I guess what I am saying is. Exellent game. Go Play! (btw, Zi Ri deep mages RULE!)
