New here&was wondering if someone did cheap/free art commissions?
Hey guys! I'm new to not only this amazing sub-redditt, but to also the amazing furry community. I began exploring 3-4 years ago and found I loved it and felt even more comfortable then I have in. . . well- forever(:
I've been wanting art of me and/or mate done for a long time. The problem is. . . It's incredibly difficult to find anyone who is willing to do furry art, sexy or non-sexy, and when I do find an artist, they charge a lot. Like, A LOT.
I know and respect that good quality comes with a price tag most of the time. I'd just appreciate my first fursona art.
It'd mean even more if I could have someone draw/sketch/paint/doodle my mate or the both of us! I was hoping to get it done before our anniversary or as just a late Valentine's present for him.
Red Panda&Wolfie in love. It's cheesy but he's been working so hard, I want to surprise him.

/edit:: I realize that this would be a gift. A great gift. I understand that well-done art takes time and I'm not trying to make it seem any less then it is. I was only curious and I know how some artists like to take on random commissions that are simple and charge cheap to have some pocket change. Note how I said SOME, not ALL. I respect any links or suggestions of artists who don't mind doing a quick doodle for cheap, or even suggestions of great artists (with links) that I could save up for. I acknowledge the time and effort that it would take and also greatly appreciate and respect it.

Are you or is anyone you know 'speciest'? If so, what are your thoughts on it? Is 'specism' even a thing?

Copycat Dancing Penguins
When an animated movie becomes a hit, or even when it’s likely to become a hit, you’d be amazed at the number of copy-cat knock-off projects from little animation houses (often overseas) that will start to flood the direct-to-video market before, during, and after that film. Renegade Animation from right here in the US of A have started making a reputation for themselves with projects like this — Chop Kick Panda, anyone? Now here comes the latest: Tappy Toes, which we found over on Cartoon Brew. It’s a 41-minute 2D animated film, directed by Darrell Van Citters, which is an obvious “homage” to the Happy Feet series. Check out the trailer on YouTube, and make of it what you will.

WOW a comic that is actually cute and not just pornz? I know… sad for some and for the normals it’s good news I suppose. So yeh I met the Wuffle guy at FWA 2012 who draws these and he seemed cool, plus the comics are like Saturday morning paper style. Check out the site here and be surprised!
