Back when your humble ed-otter was a kid, there was a well-known book called The Enormous Egg by Oliver Butterworth. Well now author David Fulk has traveled down a similar road perhaps with his first novel for young readers, Raising Rufus. “Martin Tinker, a shy, studious eleven-year-old, has his small-town world turned upside down when he discovers an ancient, frozen egg in a quarry?and when it thaws and hatches, he finds himself surrogate mom to a baby T. rex! Going here, i've always imagined this sub was like a nice little cut-off community where our sonas live, one that's far from everything and basically everyone knows one-another. Like an Amish village or a little tribal island , but instead of butter churning or smashing coconuts we have an overwhelming amount of happiness and cuddles (there would probably still be internet and modern stuff, i mean i don't think any of us could live without internet and video games) . Basically, what would your sona do in this little village like community of sorts? where would he live? what would his/her job would be?

idk, i've been kinda thinking about this and wanted to ask you guys, start a nice discussion or something.
