50 Sexiest Cartoon Babes of All Time

RetroCrush has rated their top 50 sexiest cartoon babes. Amongst the predictable winners such as Lara Croft and Wonder Woman are some more intriguing ones from the series that have anthros. For example, Bugs Bunny is number 24 (click the link for the explanation on that one) and slot thirteen is occupied by Cheetara of Thundercats fame. Other furries are in the ranks as well, but I won't spoil them here -- go check the list out for yourself.

Some of these are fairly, obvious, like #22 Vampirella. But who the hell voted for #35 Lois Griffin [from the Family Guy]? Or #48 Luann Koth [King of the Hill]?
For my money it's surprising that number fourteen went to Velma. I could see her in the lower ranks, but number fourteen?!
I suppose some people just naturally go for the quiet, unassuming and nonthreatening type...

Tho somehow I think the Gadget fans were not aware of this contest or something... those guys have the rabidity to completely overload any voting system.
I'm a big Gadget fan... I should have checked around for this contest, I would've stuffed the ballot box, so to speak. Damn, well, at least she's in the top 25...

Heh heh, whoever's writing the comments on the retroCRUSH site doesn't understand the appeal of furry babes like Minerva, poor guy. How do you relate to someone like that?

Well, I can't argue with #1, but there's a lot of strange rankings in this list (in addition to ones mentioned in earlier comments, Betty Rubble is #2 (#2!), and Judy Jetson somehow makes the list at #30). The one that I find inexcusable, though, is Tex Avery's Red Hot Riding Hood coming in at only #46. Kids these days...

Ugh, how dare they not include Jessica Rabbit! I admit Betty Boop is a far greater character as one of the Top 50 sexiest cartoon babes but they featured 'Little Red Riding Hood' from the old Toon Heads featured that was recently redone over having Jessica Rabbit which was a later version of the classic redhead.
Anyway, thought I would post that one in, I still think Betty Boop should be higher in the rating as she is the ultimate cartoon Diva, but I can see how the Baroness From GI JOE and Mary Jane could get in there. Also I like the fact that every one of those characters are from popular american genre features and any stoner or person just bored enough to watch cartoon network for the last 20 years could easily name off every one of those characters.
I will admit though Wonder Woman should have maintained her spot on the top, she is one of the best in her field, too bad they re-did the 70's live action series over the cartoon in the recently re-released box set.
