We will not be able to check emails or postings on the forums and our
LiveJournal on a regular basis from Wednesday evening onwards. If you send
an email to any of our addresses (info, dealers, artshow, etc), we may not
get back to you right away. If you need to get hold of any member of staff
once at the convention, please go to Convention Operations (ConOps) in the
Zinfandel room (2nd level of the hotel towers) and the staff there will be
able to assist you in finding the person you need.

3. Sign-up Events

There are some events which require you to sign up to participate.

Critterlympics
Critterlympics will happen Sunday noon to 2pm. There will be a sign up
sheet at the info desk starting at Noon on Saturday. Please sign up
early, as there will be a limited amount of spots for people.

Furry Improv Workshop
A traditional FC event, the Improv Workshop is back for another
year of games, acting, and general goofiness. Since space is limited,
please sign up in advance at the Information Desk in the lobby, near
Registration. No special acting talent is required, just a sense of
humor and the willingness to act weird in front of your friends!

Iron Artist V
Do you have what it takes to challenge the Iron Artists? We're
searching the fandom for three artists with the skills to confront the
reigning champions: Marci McAdam, Ocelot, and the Gneech. It will be a
30 minute art competition using the secret theme media, to be revealed
at the event by Chairman Seurat. Artists in all media are welcome to
apply. Challenger signup forms are available at the Information Desk.
Three challengers will be selected at random at the event, so be sure to
attend if you signup!

Masquerade
If you have a cool costume you want to show off to an adoring
audience, be sure to pick up a signup form from the Information Desk.
All entrants should attend the Masquerade Rehearsal on Saturday
morning. Get ready to strut your stuff!

KaffeeKlatches
KaffeeKlatches are an opportunity for you to sit down at a small table
and talk one on one with our special guest. Space is limited to twelve
seats per guest. The schedule for KaffeeKlatches is:

Heather Alexander Sunday 11:00am

Life Drawing
We will have a few life drawing events at con. Each of these have a
limited amount of space for each one. Sign up sheets will be at the
info desk.

4. Second Floor Walkway

Due to the storms that we have been having, the hotel has found some
leaks that it needs to repair. Because of these repairs the second
floor outside walkway will be closed. This the outdoor walkway that
goes from the swimming pool area to the second floor foyer. Because of
this repair, the hotel is giving us FREE INTERNET in all of our guest
rooms.

5. Mini/PDA Schedule
